JOIN US TO CELEBRATE OUR COMMUNITY ON A SPECIAL CLEDDAU RIVER CRUISE
IN SEPTEMBER 2026!

We want to hear from anyone who is doing anything, big or small, to benefit our historic estuary. If you’re a family, business, school, community group or anyone else and you have done something for the river then tell us about it!

Litter picks, sponsored swims, river walks, slide shows, coffee mornings, school projects, art and story telling, ANYTHING at all which has helped raise awareness of the river or its wildlife

Perhaps you have convinced your family to take shorter showers, or maybe your family changed washing powder or shampoo.  Your sailing club might have done a river litter pick.  You might take people on the river and help them learn about its history and its beauty. 

 

You might have taken a school group to visit the river banks.  You might have installed a water butt or planted a wildlife friendly garden.  You might be protecting wildlife on your land or planting different crops.   

 

Your shop might have stopped using plastic bags or encouraged your employees to do a litter pick.  

You might have volunteered for an organised project.  

 

EVERYONE can do their bit and we want to celebrate all these little actions which add up to a big difference. 

 

You can nominate yourself or someone else.  All activities are welcome - from water testing to poster making, everyone is welcome to enter!
